As you know, Euro Pacific Bank has been under receivership since 30th of June 2022.

 

Unfortunately, communication from the receiver is very poor and no one has yet received their money back.

 

We, a group of approximately 20 customers, have hired a lawyer since October 2023 to represent our interests.

 

Thanks to our lawyer, we now know a lot more about which parties play a role in this liquidation and where the bottlenecks are.

 

In order to make a big impact and encourage parties to accelerate the liquidation of Euro Pacific Bank, we have launched this website.

 

The aim is to bring together as many clients as possible (as of May 2024 there will be 20) and join our lawyer.
